Bootstrap class to choose Apache Log4j as underlying framework.

 USAGE: feature.thread.UseLog4j SubjectType [Log4jConfigFile]
 

SubjectType is one of belows.

• threadContext: use last push-ed subject on current thread context
• tapOwner: use subject of LogTap owner

Sample Log4jConfigFiles are:

• "src/demo/conf.log4j.properties" for 1.2.11 or earlier
• "src/demo/conf.log4j-trace.properties" for 1.2.12 or later
